I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles when connecting your OCBC bank account with QuickBooks. I checked our resources and verified that this connectivity issue has been reported. Rest assured that this will be prioritized among other issues.

I know you already reached out to our Support Team, however, it’d be best if you reach out to them again. This way, you’ll be added to the list of affected users so you’ll get notified of the progress. You’ll also receive updates or learn when a fix is available.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern.
- Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.
In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions via .CSV file. This is formatted specifically for the program. See this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
