Banking
Hi, @Hvala. Let me share some information about your banking concern in QuickBooks Online.
I've checked our records and haven't seen any investigations similar to yours. Bank error 105 occurs when there is ongoing maintenance on your bank or unable to establish a connection. This usually resolves within 24 hours. If not, you'll want to manually update your bank in QBO.
Here‘s how:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Select the bank account and click Update.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
- If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.
Here's an article for more information on how to deal with Error 102: Fix banking errors 102 and 105.
If the issue persists, you can use our WebConnect feature and manually import the transactions. Once the bank file is ready, start importing the file to your QuickBooks Online company. You can refer to this article for more detailed steps and the process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorising your transactions. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
Also, I'd highly recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check your account securely and further investigate this matter. To reach them, click this link: QuickBooks Support.
