In the meantime, the syncing issue happens when your bank's website is undergoing system maintenance or updates. This can temporarily affect and disrupt the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
For now, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions to QuickBooks so you can continue managing your entries without interruptions. Once restored, the software will automatically download any recent transactions. To avoid duplicate entries, you can exclude transactions you manually uploaded during this process.
In addition, I recommend ensuring that you’re using a supported browser when accessing QuickBooks, as this helps optimize performance.
