PayPal will not connect. Cleared cache, incognito tab, main email for account, used app and Add Account. Shows main account funds in Add Account, then fails at end.
Unfortunately I can't use the software without PayPal integration and I'd really like to give it a try.

Hello there, @Producr.
Thank you for sharing with us the troubleshooting steps you've performed on your end. There are 2 ways to connect PayPal with QuickBooks, PayPal Bank Feeds and PayPal App. I can provide you with some information on how these work and guide you on how to get things straightened out.
If you're integrating PayPal App with QuickBooks, here's how to connect it with QuickBooks:
- Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Search for the PayPal App.
- Click the Get App Now button.
- Hit the Connect to PayPal button.
- Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
While if you're connecting PayPal using bank feeds, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps to ensure your bank transactions are up-to-date:
- Access your bank’s website outside QuickBooks.
- Review your posted transactions and check for any connectivity error notifications.
- Once complete, log in your QuickBooks Online account.
- Let’s perform a manual update on your connected bank account.
- Choose the Banking menu.
- Click the Banking tab.
- Go to Update.
- Select Update Now.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Click Continue Update.
This process will restore the bank connection and will trigger updates to your bank transactions. For more detailed information, you may check out these articles for references:
