Hi there, alburyaccounting.

 

We received a number of similar cases when printing the bank form that's needed for Bank Feeds. Our engineers are already investigating what's causing the issue. 

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online for Accountants, you can create a new Regular Company Admin User using a different email address. Then, print the Client Authority Form using the new user that you've created. 

 

Also, we need to add you the list of affected users. Please give us a very short call for us to do that. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
  2. Indicate that you're reaching out with regards to the issue when printing CAF, then click Let's talk
  3. Select Get a callback to reach out to one of our phone agents or Start Messaging for chat support.
