Since you're missing your transactions and unable to connect to your bank, I suggest reaching out to our Live Support Team to further check this.
- Access the Help menu.
- Select the Search tab.
- Click on the Contact Us button.
- Choose your preferred method to reach our support team.
- Follow the on-screen instructions according to your selection.
