It's great having you here in the Community, Exceptional. I'd be glad to help you update your bank information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you recently changed your online banking credentials, you must also update the bank information in QuickBooks. Here’s how:

1. Go to Bank transactions 
2. Choose the tile for the bank account and hit the Edit ✎ icon.
3. Select Edit sign-in info.
4. Update your info as needed.

You can also set up bank rules to automatically categorize transactions after you download them from your bank.
