- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Search and enter your question in the box.
- Hit Contact Us.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AEDT.
