Restoring your QuickBooks Online account to the version where all data will be back is unavailable, 51Taxation. For now, let's manually enter the data you've accidentally removed, and I'll share the steps below.

 

There's no way to restore a deleted transaction. However, you can use the Audit Log to recover and re-enter its details. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Choose the appropriate user, set the date to last year, and event(s) from the Filter ▼ dropdown menu.
  3. Hit Apply.
  4. Locate the eliminated entry.
  5. Under the History column, click View.
  6. Under the Event column, all the information needed is displayed.

 

Once done, utilize the information from the Audit log to add invoices and expenses with their original transaction date. I'm adding these resources for your guide:
