Let's get your bank connection sorted out to help you get back on track.
If you're bank account is connected through the Standard feeds connection, let's enter your bank's sign-in info to update your bank connection in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Click on the Transactions tab, and click on Bank transaction.
- Select the bank you need to update.
- Click on the Edit or pencil icon.
- Click on Edit sign in info.
- If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them. This ensures your browser doesn’t put in old info by mistake.
- Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account.
- Click on Save and connect.
If you're bank is connected through Direct feeds connection, use the steps below to refresh connection.
- Click on the Banking transactions tab.
- Click on the bank account to update.
- Click on Refresh button.
Then, check if your bank transactions have downloaded and is showing in the For review.
If the bank transaction still did not update, you can manually upload CSV file for the missing bank feeds. Refer to this link to import bank transaction: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.
