It's great to see you in the Community today, 3958cbc6346bc.

I understand that you may need to check your connected accounts to the online program. QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers several ways to view connected accounts I'm here to help make the process as smooth and effortless as possible for you.

To start with, let's open the Chart of accounts page to see your bank or credit card accounts. Here's how:

  1. In your company, go to the Gear icon and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. This action will open a page that shows the list of accounts added to your company.
  3. Look for the bank or credit account you're working at.
  4. You'll see a cloud icon next to them once it's connected to the bank feeds.

Alternatively, you can click on the drop-down arrow for the View register. This will display the Connect bank option if your Financial Institution (FI) isn't linked to online banking.

In the Account window:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of accounts.
  2. From the list, choose the account and click the View register drop-down to select Edit.
  3. In the Account window, you'll find the Connected to section if your FI is linked to the bank feeds.

In addition, the Bank transactions page displays a comprehensive list of your connected Financial Institutions (FI). This helpful reference will assist you in navigating the various steps involved in linking and managing both standard and direct bank connections:
