Currently, it is not possible to customise a delivery docket and it is following the default layout on the system. On the other hand, you may try to open the invoice created, select Print or Preview and then Print delivery note.
It would be great if you can send your feedback by going to Gear icon and select Feedback
so it will then be forwarded to our product team for review.
