If it has been more than 10 business days from the time you sent the client authority form, I suggest QuickBooks Online Customer Care (AU) for them to further check your account connection.
Here are the steps to contact support:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback or Chat.
