Banking
I'm here to make sure you're able to get the most updated banking transactions in your QuickBooks Online, terewell.
Once you've linked a bank account into QuickBooks, most financial institutions, QuickBooks automatically download your transaction data each night. Also, you've got the option to manually update your account to add any transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download. You can refer to this article for detailed information: Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can manually update your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Go to Banking from the left menu.
 - Select the Update button in the upper right-hand corner.
 - Wait until the update is done.

If you're getting the same result, you can sign in to your bank's website to check if there are any alerts or notifications that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. Please refer to this link on how: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Also, you can upload the transactions manually to ensure the account is up-to-date. Download the data from your bank then map the transactions in the following supported formats or file types:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
 - QuickBooks Online (QBO)
 - Quicken (QFX)

For the information and steps on importing these files, see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
