Let's find out why your bank feeds isn't updating, MelissaD13.

 

You can start by signing in to your bank's website to check for for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.

 

If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the onscreen steps to continue the update.

 

If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks:

  1. Go to the Banking menu .
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.

This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.

 

Once transactions are downloaded, you can categorize and add them to your bank register.

 

Bank errors can also QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. Follow the links to fix specific download errors:

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. From there, select the Contact Us button and enter your concern in the description box.

  2. Once done, select Call us or Get a callback option.
