To permanently delete your QuickBooks data after your free trial cancellation, I recommend connecting directly with our live support team. They have specialized tools to resolve any account-related issues and ensure the deletion process moves forward smoothly.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief summary of your concern in the Search box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

 

Once this subscription-related hold is resolved, you’ll be able to proceed with the data deletion request. After submission, you’ll have 24 hours to change your mind before the deletion process begins. The process completes within 1 month.
