We recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team to ensure that license is listed under your name within the system. They'll also be able to help to report the scam if you did get scammed in the end. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu in your company file.
- Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Tap the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
