I guess you forget, 90% of our clients are sole proprietors that would go back to spreadsheets and ledger paper than swallow the cost of the enterprise version they do not need. The.recent changes to QBO takes these mom and pop businesses onto uncharted territory which translates into my business becoming more about fixing QBO errors than tax planning and entity strategies. Add to that, the "improved functionality" forced in these users with no means to opt out just takes the unfamiliar into the obscure. But hey, I guess that's just another cutthroat Intuit marketing scheme for their intuit assistance subscription.
