The new QuickBooks Online (QBO) interface is being rolled out in phases, Ayesha.
The updates are not implemented automatically for all subscribers. Since it's not available to you yet, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our product engineers so they can track which users still need the update.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit feedback.
