Account management
I am the administrator of the account but it won't allow me to access the Manage Company button. I get a blank page. I can log onto the intuit account with no problem and it says I'm the administrator. I am the only one who uses the Quickbooks and only 1 computer has the program. We changed to Windows 11 and maybe there is an issue with the change. I've even sent myself a message to be included as a secondary administrator and that didn't work. I got my request answered: Congratulations, your request to access Connected Services for has been granted by myself.
