You'll need a QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accountant version to write adjusting journal entries, Reyes.

For QBO accounts, you can make adjustments using the standard journal entry function. Refer to this article for more info: Create a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

With this, you can invite an accountant with a QBO Accountant subscription to make adjusting entries. Simply go to the Gear icon and select Manage users. From there, choose the Accounting Firms tab to send an invitation.
