QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Time are two separate platforms , lj39.
Schedule reports in only available for QBO products. This feature isn't offered yet in QB Times. Thus, upgrading to QBO Advance won't add this feature to reports available in QB Time.
QBO standard reports give broad financial and business insights but include only basic time tracking reports. These time reports come from hours entered using QBO’s built-in single time activity and weekly timesheet features. In contrast, QuickBooks Time offers detailed and comprehensive employee time and payroll reports with advanced tracking features not available in QBO’s standard reports.
While scheduled reports are not currently offered in QuickBooks Time, please know that your feedback and the community’s input are important and are being carefully reviewed.
