I raised this as a ticket with an agent on chat,  and they went through a similar process.   

 

the outcome was that about a month ago the card I pay for the subscription expired.   There was a mismatch between the intuit billing system and my system,  When I updated the billing system with my new bank card, the billing system incorrectly, and without my knowledge updated my quickbooks system details, including the company address, and my email address (to an address and email that I hadn't used for 4 years).
