Account management
We can perform a browser troubleshooting to check if this is a browser-relates issue, Jackie1971.
Each company you manage would require its own subscription, but you can easily switch between companies from your Profile page using the Switch Company option as long as you are using the same login credentials.
If you're experiencing difficulties seeing some options on your Profile page, attempt to scroll in multiple directions—upward, downward, leftward, and rightward—to uncover any features that may be hidden due to the display settings of your computer or browser. Then, follow the steps:
- Go to the Gear/ Settings icon.
- Under the Profile page select Switch company.
- Choose from the lists what company you wish to log in to.
If options remain hidden even after scrolling, consider examining the browser you're using. Temporary internet files accumulated by browsers can sometimes cause display issues on web pages. Open an incognito or private browsing window to check if the pages load properly in that mode.
Here are the steps to enable incognito mode in some of the most popular web browsers:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If the Switch Company option becomes visible while using private browsing mode, it suggests that your browser may be the source of the issue. Typically, this can be fixed by clearing your browser's cached data and cookies.
Alternatively, you can try accessing your QBO account using another supported web browser. I've also included a comprehensive guide on switching between company files that you may find helpful in the future.
