Account management
We understand that there's a specific functionality you're looking for, @RichARC22.
Please know that the blue and green GoPayment apps are distinct from each other to cater to different business needs. The green one takes and applies payments, creates invoices, manages customers, and syncs with QuickBooks Online.
The blue one takes payments right away. Connect to stand-alone payments or QuickBooks Desktop account managed via Merchant Service Center (MSC). Yet, the payment details won't sync automatically with any QuickBooks product.
This is the reason why switching from blue to green GoPayment isn't possible.
I'll also share this article to learn more about the deposit speed of customer payments: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
Route back here for additional GoPayment questions.
