Unfortunately I have the same issue, I think the problem everyone keeps having and trying to elucidate is that there is no option available in the blue app to allow to switch to the green. My merchant account is linked to my qbo account however i can’t find anywhere where it shows an option to change to “green experience” and yes im the primary admin
