To verify my understanding, are you seeing any error messages when trying to sign in to your Intuit Account from QuickBooks?
I'd initially recommend trying some of the solutions covered in our Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in article. This covers how to sign in if you've lost or forgotten the user ID or password, or recover an account if you can't get a verification code.
You can also try troubleshooting your browser. Sometimes webpages can encounter issues due to temporary internet files. You may need to clear their browser's cached data. Also make sure you meet each of the platform's system requirements.
If you're still unable to sign in after troubleshooting, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
