Intuit is obviously out of touch with small business needs and their top management people don't seem to listen to their front line people. We have found most of the front line people pleasant to deal with and, unfortunately for them, they take the brunt of their upper management team's head being stuck in the sand.
After how many years ... and still no "Average Days to Pay Report"? Pretty pathetic. This just adds insult to the injury of being forced out of the more small business friendly and feature adaptable QB Desktop program. Additionally, the QB Online software is always nagging to sell us more upgrades. Furthermore, there is the nastiness of pushing our customers with their online credit scheme (tagged on to every invoice we send out!).
It is sad to see a business that was known for being excellent in the small business arena to so miserably forget it's roots in small business.
