how awful!
QUickbooks has been charging us for EXTRA 12 states for 5 years. I placed a call and the rep said she resolved the issue. 2 days later we were overbilled AGAIN. I called again and was told "this is just how quickbooks works." There is no way to escalate the issue and the manager can't help, "but only take feedback."
