Account management

Does support even read the messages? This is the desktop app, not a phone app. I am working...I am typing...I am doing searches and it just randomly logs me out. This is happening in all my different companies I am a user on so I know this is a desktop app issue. If QuickBooks is going to force us to move to their online platform...they had better make sure it works. This is extremely frustrating and ineffecient.
