Okay, I finally got in. Apparently I used a different email address when I purchased the subscription to the latest version. I don't understand why the email address for the account would be different than the one Intuit uses to contact me.
BTW, I cleared cache and cookies in both Edge and Chrome, and also tried incognito mode in each, but the "Claim Account" option never appeared.
Anyway, I'm in now. Thanks.
