Hi Kylie - 

It turned out to be a whole thing... I used the Contact Us button under Help in QB, then requested a call back, and when they called me back, the tech support person had to remote view my screen and walk me through a whole lot of back-door steps, a few different ways, until finally that screen on CAMPS showing the Payroll software, and my payment method, reset and was correct. It was definitely something that I could never have done without this guy walking me through it, and I'm a pretty experienced user. Good luck
