The fact that you have been with us for 25 years is so amazing. I understand how important it is to have accurate information in your Intuit account, and it’s my top priority to help you with this. Let’s work together through some troubleshooting steps to pinpoint the issue that's hindering you from seeing and updating your data.
To find the latest QuickBooks version you have in CAMPs, just click on the Account drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page. This will give you a view of all the products associated with your account. For your convenience, I've attached a screenshot below.
On the other hand, you may have forgotten or used an old email address and phone number for your payroll service. To log in and access the My Payroll Service site, you'll need to recover your Intuit account. For your security, only you are authorized to make these changes, as our support team does not have access to update or modify your account information. Once you’re ready, please follow the instructions outlined below:
- Take a clear, high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
- Fill out the form with your information, and upload your ID or document.
- Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.
