Currently, we don't provide direct phone numbers to contact our support team. However, we are dedicated to providing you with prompt assistance through alternative communication methods. You can initiate a chat with one of our experts or set up a scheduled callback at your convenience.

 

To contact them, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file.
  2. Go to the Help menu choose between QuickBooks Desktop Help or Contact Us.
  3. The Have a Question? window will show, then there one, click the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern from the What can we help you with field. Once done, click Continue.
  5. Enter your log in credentials.
  6. Once done, choose how you want to communicate with us:
    • Chat with us: You'll be connected with our experts.
    • Have us call you (Callback): Our support team will put you in line and call you back.

 

Please be aware that for QBDT Plus, Pro, and Premier users, our contact hours are from Monday through Friday, between 6 AM and 6 PM. For those subscribed to Enterprise, we are available to assist you any time, any day.
