I also received the same email and unfortunately did respond to it. I did End up sending them money to"fix" my program. They did upgrade me from my 2023 version to my 2024 version in the process, which made it seem all that more legitimate. Fortunately, it has not cleared the bank yet, so hopefully that will not become an ongoing issue. I have changed all of my passwords, but I sure feel like a fool. They got me at a bad personal time, which did not help my decision making processes.
