Account management

I understand how it feels when you're unable to view the wages report on your profitability report, youngamyyoung. Let me walk you through the process to resolve this issue.

Upon checking on our end, there are no reported cases where clicking on the Net Income amount doesn't open a breakdown of income and expense transactions, including the payroll wages and labor costs.

If payroll wages and labor costs are missing from the Project Profitability report under Payroll Expenses, please ensure that paychecks are correctly allocated to the project. Then, follow these steps to run the project profitability report once again:

  1. Select Projects on the left navigation panel.
  2. In the Overview tab, please make sure that you choose Payroll Expenses from the See info based on the drop-down list.
  3. Go to the Project Reports tab.
  4. Select Project profitability.
  5. Check if the report shows the wages and labor costs. Then, click on the Net Income amount to see the breakdown.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team to open an investigation case for resolution by our product engineers.

In the meantime, you can run Profit and Loss Detail report and filter to that project.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. In the search field, enter Profit and Loss Detail.
  3. Click the Customize button, then select Filter.
  4. Check the Customer box and choose the project you want to run a report.
  5. Hit the Run report button.
