I can't believe you're still asking for feedback when this entire thread is filled with frustrated users, all voicing the same issue: the complete inability for project managers to access the Projects section in QuickBooks Online. This is a fundamental requirement for any construction business or any business that utilizes projects, yet despite years of complaints, nothing has been done.
Sending us off to submit more feedback feels like you're sweeping the issue under the rug. It's unacceptable. We're here because this is a serious problem that needs to be addressed, not ignored.
Our project managers need to be able to see how projects are performing—whether they're healthy, under budget, or over budget. This is basic functionality, not some advanced feature. Stop insulting us with requests for more feedback and deal with the issue here and now. We've given you enough feedback; now it's time for action.
