Account management
I'll make sure that you receive notification of your payments in QuickBooks Online, cjapeacock.
It appears that there have been no recent changes in QuickBooks. However, it is possible that there has been an update to the email service provider.
Since your settings are already configured properly, there are a few other things you can check. First, access your email and review your Spam and Junk folders to see if the emails you're looking for are being sent to the wrong folder. If you find the emails in these folders, you can move them to the correct folder.
To ensure you're able to receive electronic correspondence from Intuit, you can add Intuit's email addresses to your contact list:
Add the following to your contacts:
- Payments@intuit.com
- Notification@email.merchantcenter.intuit.com
- PaymentNotification@email.paymentsolutions.intuit.com
- BusinessServices@intuit.com
- quickbooks@notification.intuit.com
- ReplyTo@QBDT.intuit.com
- do_not_reply@intuit.com
Then send an email to any of the email addresses. This helps your internet service or domain provider recognize it as a friendly contact.
