Account management

I acknowledge how important it is to streamline your workflow, especially when dealing with a large volume of invoices, @bsps. Let me provide you with some information about the new invoice experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin with, please know that the new invoice experience in QBO features the Modernized template as its default setting. This means any invoices you import into QBO will automatically adopt the Modern template design.

However, QuickBooks provides the flexibility to change the invoice design manually. You can easily switch to your desired template by selecting the Manage icon and choosing your preferred Design.

I recognize that having the option to set your custom template as the default template when importing invoices in QuickBooks is significant, @bsps. I encourage you to send feedback directly to our Product Development team so they can consider including this feature in future updates. Here are the steps to do that:

  1. Click the +New button, then Invoice.
  2. Select the Feedback icon beside the Take tour icon.
  3. Enter your comment.
  4. Hit Submit feedback.
