Our company is experiencing this issue as well. Your support responses are unhelpful and ignorant of the problem.

 

We have hundreds of invoices to import through CSV, and we have absolutely NO DESIRE  to click through each and every individual invoice simply to deselect the atrocious "Modern" invoice layout.

 

  • Do you understand why the Bulk CSV feature exists?
  • Do you understand that clicking through each and every single invoice you've imported to change a setting completely defeats the purpose of importing items in bulk?
  • Do I really need to break this down further for you to comprehend?

 

This is a BUG and not a feature. We have created a template that we want to use, and it has been set to the default form type, but your system is ignoring it. Why in the world should the word "Default" suddenly stop meaning default? Your system is clearly ignoring the default settings, and that is a problem you need to take care of.

 

Please take the issue seriously and fix this problem.
