I appreciate you performing the steps to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription, Matt. I'm here to share another way to achieve this.
We can use the Discovery Hub to upgrade QBDT to the 2024 version. This feature facilitates a seamless transition to the latest software available.
Here's how:
- Click Discovery Hub at the upper right corner.
- Select Upgrade to QuickBooks 2024.
- Tap Proceed to upgrade, then Upgrade now.
- If you want both programs, select Keep old version on my computer. Leave blank otherwise.
- Once done, select Open QuickBooks.
If you still haven't found the upgrade option, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. This way, they can help you upgrade the program and check the cause of the problem. I'll show you how.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Type in a short description of your concern, then Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with support.
