Hi, I have submitted the form and supporting documents over a month ago, and it got rejected because I did not send a letter in from the president saying that I was taking over the role so I sent in a letter from our president about 2 weeks ago and I now got a letter saying that I need to submit that letter in order for the file to be complete. I am getting very frustrated because this is not set up in a way where I can talk to someone and quickly send whatever is needed. My BCR # is below, can someone please help with this?
