I did the training 4 times! That's right, 4 times I went through the training. I took the exams a total of 3 complete times. Failed 2 sections on all 3 attempts, then failed 1 secont on all 3 attempts. I finally passed on the 3rd try. I copy/pasted every single question and the options I picked and what all options were offered. Who ever wrote these exams is an absolute a moron. There are questions NEVER covered in any of the training, I know, I had the questions with answer options and looked through the complete training and they are NEVER covered. There are some questions were 2 options are correct but they only allow you to select one, so which one do they state is correct?
There is no reason whatsoever that any of there certifications should be this crazy hard or impossible due to the people that created them using NEVER covered topics and trying to be sly on the way they state the question and answers. This is about the product, as specific questions about the product with 1 fully correct answer, or if you are doing the silly what 2, 3, or 4 are correct make sure they are fully correct.
In addition, USE THE SAME TERMINOLOGY used in the TRAINING in the EXAM. Multiple places I found they called things different in the EXAM than in the training.
Intuit needs to fix these exams to be correct because whoever did them had no clue what they were doing when they created them.
