they tried to tell me that we no longer have "version protection" included with our yearly renewal, so we must separately purchase QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024
Very misleading information from Intuit Support. I'm not sure if the support person was just ignorant or didn't care to help you. We helped get a new license for a client 2 weeks ago. Intuit has sent the Product and Installation code as usual via email and our client was able to install, activate and run the program without any issues. The problem is that we couldn't find any licensing information in CAMPS until now. We've escalated this issue and they seem to be struggle resolving it since last week.
