I've been using & teaching QB for 30 years! I was one of the first people in the Pro Advisor program. I have NEVER seen an exam like this one. It's designed to frustrate and intentionally demoralize those who know this software exceptionally well. It's just another example of how Intuit is changing everything and throwing away one of its most valuable assets... the Pro Advisors who have supported this software for so long.
