I would imagine that "Shopify Balance" is more like a stand-alone bank than an internal division of Shopify. This makes me wonder, does 'SB' have it's own support team? Or dies the standard Shopify team have to deal with things like this? The federal regulations regarding banking have got to be a whole different ball of wax in regards to data safety, etc. Has anyone had any luck feeling confident they are dealing with Shopify folks who are experts on the banking side? I have not.
