Nice, that's good to hear. They still haven't reached out to me but I can't say I'm surprised. I wasn't terribly friendly with the Customer Service Agent I talked to on the phone. My patience didn't last long after having to repeatedly tell him to pull the microphone away from his mouth because he was eating it and I couldn't understand him.
