Account management

so... I deleted the account settings in the shopify connector yesterday as part of a troubleshooting effort with the Commerce support folks. Adding the info back in and connecting failed, and no connector setup was present.  This morning I added the Commerce app and after about an hour it did successfully import the info I needed.

 

There's been no feedback from the support team on my ticket yesterday, and no other updates.

I did try a 3rd party service as well, A2X, which successfully read a few months of shopify transactions.  It's very expensive though for what is basically an API gateway service, even with a discount code.  It also time limits what you can send over to 3 months on the basic service tier.
