Account management

@JamesAndrewM Check this out.

5. Enter your Shopify credentials and log in.

6. After logging in, choose from a list of Shopify Balance accounts you own.

7. You can also select the start date of the transactions on Shopify Balance to start your sync.

8. Click Connect.

See the item I have made bold, italicized, and underlined? The process you describe is exactly what we're trying to do. I can't speak for everyone, but the absolute first thing I did was follow the instructions on that KB article when I wasn't able to connect my Shopify Balance bank account to Quickbooks. It failed. It never gets to the "After Logging In" step because the window fails to properly load any data after entering our Shopify credentials and clicking the sign-in button. No list of Shopify Balance accounts is actually shown. It is a blank broken browser pop-up window. It doesn't matter what browser is used, as I have tried almost every one on the market at this point. Private Browsing / Incognito mode has no effect. Clearing Cookies and cache does nothing. This is something that needs to be addressed with your engineering team.

Also, I'm not going to "contact support" about it. The moderators can save that canned response for some other post. This needs to be hashed out here so ALL of us are able to see the results. Another user has already gone the "contact support" route and that has gone nowhere because of a fundamental misunderstanding about the issue at hand on the part of Quickbooks and Shopify support.

Here is a screenshot of the result of trying to authenticate my Shopify account to add my Shopify Balance Bank Account to Quickbooks Online.
