Account management

Hello there, @yaks2much4u1. I understand how important it is to change your logo in QuickBooks Online, as it's an essential element in establishing your company's brand and personality.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant, yes, there's an ongoing investigation wherein users were unable to change the logo. Since you've already contacted our support, you'll receive email updates on the progress of the investigation. You'll also receive a notification as soon as the issue is resolved.

On the other hand, if you're using the regular QuickBooks Online versions, let's ensure that the logo you're trying to attach meets the requirements so that you can successfully change it.

Here are the specific logo requirements:

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24 bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
  • square-shaped since rectangles don't work
  • using the standard RGB color space
  • convert to an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) if your logo is CMKY-formatted.

To add your logo, you can follow these steps:

  1. Hover to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
  2. At the upper right, from the New style dropdown, select the appropriate form.
  3. If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template, then select Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
  5. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  6. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  7. Select Open. Once uploading is done, choose Save, then Done.

Moreover, you can email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can efficiently manage your sales forms and keep track of your financial transactions.

You can return here anytime if you need further help changing your logo, @yaks2much4u1. I'm  always here to assist you.
